I have used drugs for over 30 years now and tried a lot in those years, I learned about addiction and how the substances work by own experience. I been following the dealers, the TOR markets and I run several legalization projects and harm-reduction programs.

Find vendors that actively and officially against violence and assures that everyone involved in their business from packers to delivery guys are adults. They also stand for harm-reduction and puts effort in getting the customeers to understand how to use any substance if they dont know.
